Beatrice Sica

Beatrice Sica is Associate Professor of Italian Studies at University College London, and a scholar in Italian literature and cultural studies. Her expertise is in modern and contemporary Italian literature and culture in a European context. Her research interests include the historical avant-gardes (Futurism, Dada, Surrealism); Italian literature and arts during Fascism; magical realism and fantastic literature; poetry; cultural exchanges between Italy, France, the UK and the US.
